Ricky Patel specializes in a variety of cases – large and small. Complex litigation, crisis management for high-profile clients, and mass torts are just some examples of his extensive range. Ricky has been deeply committed to the Asian American Hotel Owners’ Association (AAHOA) since he started practicing law. He was recently awarded the AAHOA Chairman’s Award for both continued service with this organization and especially because he represented over 3,500 people when a major environmental disaster occurred about 10 years ago. Ricky also handles international class action lawsuits and arbitrations.

Established in 2019, Hands on Assistance is a charitable organization dedicated to helping children all over the world by providing them with basic needs such as food and everyday items. The organization is built up of volunteers and donations from individuals who want to make a difference. We work directly with various children-oriented organizations in order to ensure that all of our efforts are having an impact on the lives of those who need it most.
Childrens books
Co-authored with his daughter, The Beautiful Caterpillar and Believe were developed as an education tool for children to learn about the awareness related to bullying and “stranger danger.” These special books are available for purchase in both digital format and paperback, and all proceeds go towards the Its4TheKids charity.
